Ridings, Ann Martin: – Ann Martin Ridings is a memoirist, painter, and mother of five whose work explores motherhood, identity, and personal transformation. Raised in Connecticut in a bohemian, art steeped family, she spent her early life immersed in poetry, drawing, and the natural world. A former social worker, Ann eventually designed a class called “Wise Women, Wise Mothers” for women to rediscover themselves. It was from her empty nest that the class came to light, and after a decade of teaching, came the inspiration to write “A Woven Woman.” She still writes and inspires women to gather around spiritual and creative topics.
