Returns & Refunds Policy

We want your Dried Ink experience to feel like unwrapping your favorite chapter. If something’s off, let’s fix it.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and preferably still smelling like fresh pages.

To start a return, email us at admin@driedink.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, custom orders, a book you did not like but did read and digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees). You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done.

Exchanges

Want a different item instead? Let us know—we’re happy to help if stock allows.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or not as expected, send us photos and your order details within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, promise.
